1) Condition:

1. Engine hard starting when initial starting.

2) Cause:

1. Poor contact of the preheated glow plug relay.

3) Diagnosis:

1. Scan tool check = No trouble code.
2. Current data  = No malfunction data.
3. After initial starting in cold condition for a few moments, the preheating warning lights still stays “ON” condition.
4. Inspect the component related to the preheating system.
   = Poor contact point in the preheated glow plug relay.
   = After replacing the glow plug relay,the problem disappear.

1. Replace the preheated glow plug relay.
