- Shock and 3rd hold when shifting the automatic transaxle on the “R” position.
- A short circuit between back lamp wiring and Vehicle body.
- Check with Scan tool = No trouble code.
- Check by Stall test = Normal (“R”) position.
- Check the fuse related to A/T.
= The fuse in the passenger compartment fuse box has been opened. - After changing the fuse, when moving the shift lever to “R” position, the fuse is opened again.
- Check the wiring by using multi meter.
- Check for an open circuit between the fuse in the passenger compartment fuse box and the body: 0 ohms (Abnormal)
- Disconnect the MC03 connector infinite ohms (Normal)
- Check the MC03 connector between the line # 5 and the body: Abnormal.
- Disconnect the MR01 connector : Infinite ohms (Normal)
= The open circuit is found between the back lamp wiring and vehicle body.
4) Repair Guide:
- Repair the wiring by taping the open wire.
