Subject: Engine Stalling – junction block |
- Intermittent Engine stalling during driving.
- Poor contact of the Engine junction block
- Inspect each sensor and inputted actuator power in IG(ignition key) “ON” condition.
= Inspect the supplied power to injector: The power is not supplied to injector.
= Inspect the supplied to idle speed control actuator.
= The power is not supplied. - Inspect engine control relay.
= Inspect resistance and contact point after removing the control relay: Normal.
= Inspect the supplied power to control relay ( # 1 terminal and # 3 terminal): 12 volt ( Normal)
= No signal when checking the #2 terminal. - The detached #8 terminal from connector is found when inspect the ER/E connector.
